DM Prioritizes Employee Wellbeing

In a continued effort to enhance employee welfare, DM drogerie markt boosts salaries and offers additional leave, reinforcing its status as one of Serbia's top employers

DM drogerie markt has started the new year with a bold move to improve the lives of its employees, announcing an average pay rise of 10%.

This marks the latest in a series of initiatives aimed at cultivating a supportive, motivating work environment.

Alongside the pay increase, the company is introducing extra vacation days, bringing the total to between 22 and 30 days, depending on age.

Maja Petrović Kolaković, Head of HR for DM Serbia and North Macedonia, emphasized the company’s unwavering commitment to improving working conditions, highlighting that employee satisfaction is at the heart of their business philosophy.

DM’s support extends beyond pay: employees enjoy benefits such as a full year-end bonus, health checks, mental and physical wellness support, and opportunities for continuous professional development, including language courses and flexible working hours.

For DM, creating a nurturing, collaborative culture isn’t just about offering perks; it’s about ensuring job security and career growth, securing its place as a leading employer in the region.
