Nelt Group, in cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia, hosted a two-day Quality and Supply Chain Conference, bringing together representatives of leading international and domestic FMCG companies to discuss best practices, emerging trends and challenges shaping modern supply chains.

The event gathered participants from major companies including Procter & Gamble, Mondelēz International, Mars, Coca-Cola HBC, Dr. Oetker, Polimark, Imlek, Atlantic Grupa, Podravka and several other industry leaders as well as representatives of government institutions, certification bodies, customers and academia.

Under the themes “Quality as a Strategic Advantage” and “Quality in the Field and Across the Supply Chain,” participants examined how companies can strengthen competitiveness through quality management. Discussions focused on regulatory requirements, innovation, digital transformation, food safety and operational excellence, highlighting the growing importance of quality as a key differentiator in increasingly complex supply chains.

The first day of the conference focused on the strategic role of quality in business development, while the second featured practical case studies and experiences from operations, digitalization and food safety. Organisers said the event provided a valuable platform for knowledge sharing and collaboration, helping companies identify new opportunities to improve products, services and processes throughout the supply chain.
