New Leadership Elected at FIC Serbia

The FIC Serbia's new leadership aims to boost the country’s business climate, with a focus on EU integration, sustainable growth, and energy diversification

The Foreign Investors Council (FIC) of Serbia has appointed a new leadership team, signaling a fresh direction for the body representing over 120 global companies.

Dr. Ronald Seeliger, CEO of Hemofarm, takes the reins as president for the next three years, alongside Dr. Ana Govedarica of Roche Serbia and Goran Pekez of JTI as vice presidents.

With their leadership, the FIC aims to create a more predictable, transparent, and competitive business environment, emphasizing economic growth and EU alignment.

A key focus for the Council remains Serbia’s EU integration process, striving to harmonize domestic regulations with European standards while addressing geopolitical risks.

Key priorities include enhancing supply chains, advancing digitalization, supporting green transitions, and improving the management of waste.

The Council also aims to tackle inflation and streamline fiscal policies to encourage investment and sustainable economic growth.

The new leadership promises a comprehensive approach to Serbia’s development, balancing economic ambition with ethical governance.
