Konecta Albania has been certified as the Best Place to Work in Albania for the fifth consecutive year, highlighting its commitment to exceptional workplace conditions and employee satisfaction

Konecta Albania, a branch of the global customer interaction and process management leader, has been recognized as one of the best places to work in Albania for 2024. This marks the fifth consecutive year the company has earned this distinction. The certification is based on survey results where 84% of employees described Konecta as a great workplace, significantly higher than the 71% local average for similar BPO organizations.
