BOSQAR INVEST and Zagrebačka banka Partner on PIK Vrbovec Deal

The strategic partnership includes support for a planned capital increase on the Zagreb Stock Exchange and financing for the acquisition and expansion of PIK Vrbovec.

BOSQAR INVEST announced a new partnership with Zagrebačka banka, a member of the UniCredit Group, aimed at supporting the company’s planned capital raising and the announced acquisition and development of PIK Vrbovec. Under the agreement, Zagrebačka banka will act as the sole lead issuance agent for the planned secondary public offering of BOSQAR INVEST on the Zagreb Stock Exchange.

The bank is also prepared to secure part of the total capital raising through an underwriting commitment, which would mark a first for the Croatian capital market.

In parallel, Zagrebačka banka signaled readiness to provide full investment financing for the acquisition and future development of PIK Vrbovec, including modernization efforts, expanded production capacity and long-term operational growth.

According to the companies, the partnership represents a strong endorsement of BOSQAR’s broader strategic direction, particularly the development of its Future Food platform and its ambitions to expand long-term value creation across Central and Southeastern Europe.
