Regional Forum on Energy, Infrastructure and Industrial Security to Be Held in Belgrade

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia will host a regional forum bringing together key players in energy, infrastructure and industrial security across the CEE and Western Balkans region.

The “CEE – Western Balkans Energy, Infrastructure & Industrial Security Forum” will take place on May 22, organized by Confindustria Serbia, Confindustria Est Europa, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia and Greenhill Advisory. The event is held under the patronage of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and the Embassy of Italy in Belgrade, in partnership with SOGESID S.p.A. and FIRA, the financial agency of the Abruzzo region.

The forum is designed as a platform for practical dialogue and business networking, with a focus on advancing sustainable projects and strengthening regional cooperation.

Key Topics and Participants

The event will gather representatives from institutions, companies, industry and the financial sector across Central and Eastern Europe and the Western Balkans, as well as stakeholders involved in the Adriatic–Black Sea–Central Asia corridor.

The programme is structured around three thematic panels:

Integration of regional energy systems
Energy markets and strategic infrastructure
Infrastructure corridors, TEN-T networks, Corridor VIII, digital infrastructure and cybersecurity resilience

A strong emphasis will be placed on B2B meetings, enabling direct engagement between investors, banks, institutions and companies.

The forum is supported by UniCredit as the official partner of Confindustria Est Europa, Leyton S.p.A. and Banca Intesa, with institutional backing from Confindustria Bulgaria, OICE and OIE Serbia.
