Delight Holding represents a group of companies with complementary core businesses that has been present on the market for more than two decades. This regional business platform has companies in six countries and a clear strategy for the further expansion and development of its business.

Through its member companies, Delight Holding is present in most of the countries of Southeast Europe. What are the specifics of maintaining a regional presence?

― A regional presence brings numerous specificities and challenges, and our response to them is always tied to synergy and complementarity.

Every company is a kind of point-of-sale that reflects the local culture, business practices and knowledge of the specifics of the market. We have established the system that enables us to enter a new market, creating the possibility for all companies that are members of the holding company to operate successfully.

Could you better acquaint us with the companies that are members of Delight Holding, as well as how much they complement one another in business terms?

― The central pillar of the success of our business model is company Delight Office Solution, which operates in the domain of complete interior furnishings for business premises. It has already gained great recognisability on the markets of Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro and North Macedonia, best testifying to which are its longstanding presence and continuous growth, as well as the number of clients with whom we’ve been collaborating successfully for many years.

All the other companies that today are part of the holding were initially developed to support the Office Solution segment and have emerged on the basis of the analysis of needs and the best experiences acquired over multiple decades of work.

The operations of Delight Office Solution are fully supported by business software that was developed for the needs of our operations by company Data Cycle, as a member of Delight Holding, with the idea of creating unique solutions for the comprehensive digitalisation of the business processes of companies from various industries.

We would also like to offer the professional experience we’ve gained to date to other companies on the market through the Delight Holding member company that specialises in the provision of advisory services and financing for the procurement of equipment. Delight Asset and Advisory Services creates solutions for the most varied needs of clients, supported by a carefully developed financial plan.

We Share Space is a natural extension of our core business of furnishing business interiors and represents the leading operator of serviced office spaces in Serbia. The regional expansion of this business was launched in late 2023 with the aim of developing several locations in all capital cities of the region.

The youngest member of the holding company, Delight ICT, provides services in the field of information and communications technology, hardware and maintenance services. Our idea is to strengthen Delight Holding even further by investing in synergistic businesses that have their own independent market position.

What are the next steps in the development of your business and are you open to new partnerships?

― Delight Holding is a unique platform for the support of business operations that enables growth through organisational development that’s supported by experienced managers, suitable software and the development of business and people. Centralised services, a clear organisational structure and business processes enable the optimisation of costs and time. Software support provides access to information and the business reporting that’s essential to decision-making. Market research and experience gained in the process of developing business lead to the shortening of go-to-market initiatives, while discovering and nurturing talented employees leads to a business model that’s sustainable over the long run.
