The programme will gather business leaders and public sector decision-makers from across the region.Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia

Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia will organize the third edition of the Balkan Negotiation Academy in Belgrade on May 27–28, 2026. The programme is designed for executives, entrepreneurs, managers, and public officials involved in business, institutional, and cross-border initiatives.

The educational programme will be led by an international team of experts headed by Francesco Marchi, specializing in complex negotiations, conflict resolution, and strategic facilitation. Training will be based on the Highly Reliable Negotiation Framework (HRNF), with a focus on practical negotiation tools applicable in both corporate and institutional settings.

The academy will include six modules and 21 hours of work conducted in English, while participants will also have the opportunity to continue through advanced training phases and potentially join the Western Balkans Business & Policy Making Negotiation Forum in Paris during the annual ENEA conference.

Organizers say the initiative aims to strengthen negotiation and leadership capacities across the Western Balkans in increasingly complex political and economic conditions.
