Serbia’s Business Sector Gets AI Boost

The Serbian Chamber of Commerce announced nine AI-powered services and a new Rapid Response Centre to support companies with faster access to information, solutions, and institutional dialogue

The Serbian Chamber of Commerce (PKS) reported at its Assembly session that it had introduced nine new digital services powered by artificial intelligence, aiming to help businesses improve efficiency, competitiveness, and digital transformation.

The tools, including PKS AI, BizChat, and Reputeo AI Chat, were said to offer 24/7 support without delays or paperwork.

PKS President Marko Čadež stated that the goal was to strengthen the Serbian economy by equipping it with faster and smarter tools.

He also presented the newly established Centre for Economic Initiatives and Rapid Solutions, which he said was created to connect companies directly with institutions to solve pressing issues more efficiently.

According to Čadež, the Centre had already produced tangible results, citing solutions in R&D contributions, support for the pellet industry, and improvements in pharmaceutical planning.

He added that work was ongoing with government bodies to address excise taxes, export certification, workforce competitiveness, and permit issuance for major projects.
