Artificial Intelligence Set to Reshape Job Market in Serbia

Experts warn some professions face higher risk of automation

The rapid development of artificial intelligence is expected to significantly reshape the labour market, with experts warning that certain professions could face a higher risk of automation in the coming years. Advances in AI technologies are already transforming industries by automating routine and repetitive tasks.

Analysts say administrative roles, data entry positions, and some customer service jobs are among those most likely to be affected, as companies increasingly adopt AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

At the same time, new opportunities are emerging in fields related to technology development, data analysis, and digital innovation.

Experts emphasise that while artificial intelligence may replace some jobs, it is also expected to create new roles, highlighting the importance of education, digital skills, and continuous professional training in adapting to the changing job market.
