Delta Holding Hosts An AI-Focused Event

Company leaders underline that artificial intelligence adoption depends on leadership mindset, not just technology.

Delta Holding has marked the start of a new phase in its digital transformation with the “Ai Shift” event, focused on integrating artificial intelligence across all levels of the organisation. The initiative signals a strategic shift toward embedding AI into everyday business processes, decision-making and long-term development.

Speaking at the event, Vice President Aleksandra Đurđević emphasized that while technology can be implemented quickly, real transformation depends on leadership behavior. She highlighted that meaningful change comes from leaders who take responsibility, make different decisions, and lead by example.

In the same vein, newly appointed Head of AI Ivana Slović stressed that AI is not a standalone IT project, but a company-wide shift that must begin immediately across all functions.

The event also featured insights from partner Nemanja Mališić, who presented practical applications of AI in business, alongside keynote speaker Bilal Zafar, who pointed to the broader societal impact of the technology. Through this initiative, Delta Holding aims to position AI as a core driver of its future growth, reinforcing its focus on innovation, knowledge development, and organisational transformation.
