Swissotel Sarajevo has secured the highest accolades on Expedia.com, one of the world’s premier travel booking platforms.
Boasting a remarkable 99% score in the “offer strength” category, which assesses the value-for-money proposition, and an impressive 97% guest satisfaction rate, the hotel has set a new benchmark in luxury hospitality.
The results were announced at the ITB Berlin 2025, a key international tourism event.
Zlata Kožljak, the hotel’s director, expressed her pride in the achievement, attributing it to a commitment to excellence, blending modern luxury with the warmth of Bosnian hospitality.
Swissotel Sarajevo, a member of the prestigious Accor group, is the only 5+ star hotel in Bosnia, further cementing Sarajevo’s place on the global luxury tourism map.
The hotel’s participation in ITB Berlin also marked a significant step in strengthening its international network.
