For the second consecutive year, PBZ’s dedication to nurturing a supportive and dynamic work environment has been recognized with the esteemed Top Employer certification, a testament to the bank’s outstanding HR practices and policies.

The Top Employers Institute, a global authority on recognizing workplace excellence, evaluates companies through a rigorous assessment process that includes a comprehensive survey covering best practices in human resources. 

This survey spans six major areas: leadership, organization and change, talent attraction, development, engagement, and the integration of core values, further dissecting into 20 HR-specific fields such as strategy, workplace environment, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance, career development, learning, employee well-being, diversity, equity, inclusion, and sustainability.
