Croatia Showcases Tourism Strength At ITB Berlin

German market remains key driver of visitor growth

Croatia is presenting its tourism offer at ITB Berlin, one of the world’s leading travel trade fairs, highlighting the country’s continued appeal among German travellers. The German market remains Croatia’s most important source of foreign visitors, with strong demand expected to continue in the upcoming season.

Representatives of the Croatian National Tourist Board stressed that interest in Croatia remains high, particularly for coastal destinations, cultural heritage sites, and sustainable tourism experiences.

Meetings with tour operators and industry partners focused on expanding cooperation and promoting year-round travel.

Officials underlined that Germany’s travel demand plays a crucial role in overall tourism results, reinforcing Croatia’s position as one of the most sought-after Mediterranean destinations.
