Hipotekarna Banka Celebrates 15 Years of Premium Club

With more than 75,000 cardholders, 900 partners and €420 million in annual turnover, Montenegro’s Premium Club marks its anniversary with new digital benefits and plans for a cashback loyalty programme.

Hipotekarna Banka has celebrated the 15th anniversary of its Premium Club, one of Montenegro’s leading card loyalty programmes, with a special event for its partners featuring a performance by Croatian singer Petar Grašo.

Over the past 15 years, Premium Club has grown to more than 75,000 cardholders and 900 partners, generating €420 million in annual turnover, a 15% increase compared with the previous year.

The anniversary also marked the announcement of new benefits, including the upcoming integration of the Premium Card into a cashback loyalty programme. Earlier this year, the bank modernised its Premium application and integrated it into its mHB klik mobile banking platform, providing customers with easier access to offers and benefits.

“Technology only makes sense if it makes something simpler, more accessible and more useful for our clients,” said Tamara Braunović, Member of the Management Board of Hipotekarna Banka.

The bank is also expanding its services for younger customers through its YOUth offering for those aged 15 to 25 and the Back2YOUth loyalty programme, developed in partnership with Mastercard.

Long-standing partnerships with Mastercard and Crnogorski Telekom have played an important role in Premium Club’s development. The bank has also introduced a new Premium Card made from biodegradable plastic as part of its sustainability efforts.

Hipotekarna Banka, which joined the regional AikGroup in 2025, sees the anniversary as a milestone in the continued development of its digital services, customer benefits and partner network.
