Komercijalna Banka to Pay Higher Dividends

The North Macedonian lender reports a 37.7% rise in net profit, announcing a substantial dividend increase for its shareholders in 2024

Komercijalna Banka, one of North Macedonia’s leading financial institutions, has unveiled a plan to significantly boost dividends for the 2024 fiscal year.

Following a strong performance, the bank will pay a gross dividend of 1,250 denars per share—an increase of 37.4% from the 910 denars per share distributed last year.

The payout amounts to a substantial 2.8 billion denars in total, reflecting the bank’s impressive financial results.

In 2024, Komercijalna Banka posted a net profit of nearly 5 billion denars, marking a 37.7% year-on-year growth.

This solid performance has spurred the bank to reward its investors handsomely, with shares trading at an average price of 28,999 denars on the Macedonian Stock Exchange.

The announcement signals both the bank’s financial health and its commitment to providing value to shareholders amid a period of strong market performance.
