Accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister Fatmir Bytyqi and Defence Minister Slavjanka Petrovska, Kovachevski unveiled plans for the serial production of four types of drones, notable for their AI control systems and precision, fully adhering to NATO standards.
These innovative drones are designed for a variety of applications, including defense, reconnaissance, and industrial use. Defence Minister Petrovska underscored the importance of this development, marking Macedonia’s foray into advanced drone technology.
The announcement also highlighted that currently, 40 Macedonian companies are in alignment with NATO’s production standards, showcasing the country’s growing capabilities in the defense and technology sectors. This initiative represents a major step forward in Macedonia’s technological advancement and defense capabilities.
