Croatia’s Foreign Tourist Revenues Surge to €4.13 Billion in 2024

Croatia’s tourism sector continues to break records, with foreign tourist revenues reaching an impressive €4.13 billion in the first half of 2024

This marks a 7.5% increase compared to the same period in 2023, adding an additional €288.3 million to the country’s earnings, according to data from the Croatian National Bank (HNB).

In the second quarter alone, revenues from foreign tourists amounted to €3.32 billion, a rise of 4.36% compared to the same period last year.

The Ministry of Tourism hailed this growth as a reflection of Croatia’s enduring appeal as a prime destination, contributing an extra €138.6 million to the economy in just three months.
