Toni Stojanovski Appointed as Chairman of the Board at NLB Bank Skopje

Toni Stojanovski has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Board at NLB Bank Skopje, pending regulatory approval

Toni Stojanovski has been named the new Chairman of the Board of NLB Bank Skopje, following a decision by the bank’s Supervisory Board. His appointment is pending approval from the National Bank of the Republic of North Macedonia. In the interim, Stojanovski will serve as Assistant to the Board of NLB Bank Skopje.

Stojanovski transitions to this role after a notable 15-year tenure on the Board of Directors at Stopanska Banka Skopje, where he most recently held the position of General Manager for Corporate Banking since 2020

Prior to this, from 2010 to 2020, he was the General Manager for Risk Management. 

His extensive background in financial leadership also includes high-level roles at the National Bank of the Republic of North Macedonia, where he served as the General Director of the Supervision, Banking Regulation, and Financial Stability Sector.

His industry credentials are further established through leadership roles such as Chairman of the Board at the Macedonian Stock Exchange, Vice Chairman of the Macedonian Banking Association, and Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Stopanska Leasing Skopje.
