International Workplace Group Expands Across Serbia

New flexible offices in Belgrade and Niš support Serbia’s shift to hybrid work

As demand for hybrid workspaces surges, IWG opens cutting-edge centres in Belgrade and Niš, catering to the evolving needs of businesses and workers in the region. International Workplace Group (IWG), the global leader in flexible workspaces, is opening three new centres in Serbia to meet the skyrocketing demand for hybrid work environments.

The latest addition, Regus Hyde Park City in Belgrade, marks a significant expansion for the company in a market where businesses are increasingly adopting hybrid work models.  This follows the company’s record-setting growth, with 465 new locations added globally in the first half of 2024 alone.

With Serbia’s hybrid workforce expanding, IWG’s new centres are designed to provide high-quality, flexible office spaces for both large corporations and startups. The new locations include Signature Svetog Save in Belgrade and HQ IRIN in Niš, both set to open in May 2025.

These spaces are a direct response to the region’s demand for premium, adaptable office environments, offering companies a cost-efficient alternative to traditional office spaces while boosting productivity and employee satisfaction.

As hybrid work continues its rise globally, IWG’s expansion underscores the growing shift toward flexible work solutions, with predictions that by 2030, 30% of commercial properties will be dedicated to such spaces.
