New Hotel and Business Hub Coming to Belgrade Airport

Air Serbia’s €6.5M project will offer travelers modern accommodation and amenities by 2027

Air Serbia is embarking on a major project to enhance the experience at Belgrade’s Nikola Tesla Airport with a new administrative headquarters, a modern hotel, and a business facility. This €24,215 square meter development, to be completed in phases by 2030, is set to benefit passengers, travelers, and local businesses alike.

What’s Coming and When

The first phase, expected to be ready by June 2026, includes a sleek administrative building. While it’s primarily for Air Serbia’s operations, its presence signals an improved focus on efficient service delivery for passengers.

In early 2027, travelers will have access to a new hotel with 152 double rooms. Whether you’re a business traveler on a layover or a tourist needing convenient accommodation near the airport, this hotel is designed to offer comfort and accessibility.

By 2030, a new business facility will open, catering to professionals and companies looking for modern spaces near one of Southeast Europe’s busiest airports.

Why This Matters to You

For passengers, this means smoother operations, more services, and easier travel connections. Frequent flyers and visitors can look forward to a high-quality hotel experience just steps away from the terminal. For businesses, the complex offers new opportunities for networking and establishing a presence in a strategic location.

Air Serbia’s investment in this project is more than just infrastructure—it’s a commitment to improving the travel experience, boosting local economy, and positioning Belgrade’s airport as a modern hub for the future. Whether you’re flying in, out, or just passing through, this development is set to make your journey smoother and more convenient.
