FIC Serbia Names New Board and Sets Reform Goals

New leadership aims to drive reforms and strengthen Serbia’s investment climate

The Foreign Investors Council (FIC) in Serbia has announced its new Board of Directors at the annual Assembly meeting, alongside the adoption of the 2024 Annual and Financial Reports. 

The Financial Services Committee received the prestigious “Committee of the Year” award, recognizing it as the most active and impactful group within the organization.

The new Board includes top industry figures such as Judit Kinga Albers, General Director of A1 Serbia; Slobodan Srdanović of Alma Quattro; David Sold of G4S Secure Solutions; Dr. Ronald Seeliger of Hemofarm Vršac; and Goran Pekez of JTI Adriatica. Other members include Marjana Davidović from Nestlé Adriatic, Zoran Petrović of Raiffeisen Bank, Ana Govedarica from Roche Serbia and Montenegro, Marinko Ukropina of SICPA Holding, Siniša Daničić of Strauss Adriatic, and Mike Michel of Yettel Serbia.

The new leadership team emphasized their commitment to pushing forward much-needed reforms, enhancing the enforcement of laws, and aligning Serbia’s regulatory framework with European Union standards. With a renewed focus on creating a transparent and efficient business environment, the FIC aims to solidify Serbia’s position as a competitive destination for foreign investment.
