Bar’s Tri Kule District Revamp

A thoughtful urban upgrade promises improved accessibility and public spaces for all in Bar's Tri Kule district

The Municipality of Bar is embarking on a significant urban facelift with the commencement of works in the area surrounding the Tri Kule buildings, located along Vladimira Rolovića Street.

Aimed at enhancing both functionality and aesthetics, the project covers a 620m² space, which will be transformed into an accessible, pedestrian-friendly environment.

Central to the plan is the installation of a new walkway and a ramp with handrails, ensuring safe passage for people with disabilities.

In addition to the infrastructure improvements, the initiative will see the installation of urban street furniture and a lush landscaping scheme, further elevating the district’s appeal.

The €100,000 investment is being led by Demix Construction from Podgorica, with oversight from Art Construction, also based in the capital.

This initiative is part of Bar’s ongoing commitment to creating a more inclusive and visually appealing urban landscape.

As works progress, the municipality encourages patience from locals, with the promise of a revamped public space that will benefit all residents.
