Perutnina Ptuj Appoints Luka Komazec as CEO

The experienced executive succeeds Enver Sišić, who will transition to the role of Chairman of the Shareholders’ Committee.

Perutnina Ptuj Group has appointed Luka Komazec as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective 6 July 2026. He succeeds Enver Sišić, who has led the company since 2019 and will now assume the position of Chairman of the Shareholders’ Committee, continuing to support the group’s long-term strategic development.

Komazec brings more than 15 years of international executive leadership experience, having managed complex businesses across Central and Western Europe. Most recently, he served as Managing Director Europe at Aggreko, where he helped lead the company’s European energy transition strategy.

Before joining Aggreko, Komazec spent more than a decade leading Resalta, transforming it into one of the leading independent energy services companies in Central and Southeast Europe before its acquisition by Aggreko in 2024.

His appointment comes as Perutnina Ptuj continues to strengthen its position as one of the leading poultry and food producers in the Adriatic region. The leadership transition is expected to ensure continuity while supporting the company’s future growth and strategic ambitions.
