Miroslav Mišković Becomes Sole Owner of Sarajevo’s Standard Nekretnine

Miroslav Mišković, through Delta Real Estate, has become the sole owner of Sarajevo's Standard Nekretnine following a recent capital increase and accepted takeover offer

Miroslav Mišković, through his company Delta Real Estate, has officially become the 100% owner of the Sarajevo-based company Standard Nekretnine. This follows a recent capital increase of 10 million KM, which boosted Delta Real Estate’s stake in Standard Nekretnine from 89% to 95%.

Delta Real Estate, a subsidiary of Mišković’s Delta Holding, will fully acquire Standard Nekretnine after their takeover offer was accepted. According to a report published by the Sarajevo Stock Exchange, the Supervisory Board and management of Standard Nekretnine are fully aware of the takeover offer.

The offer pertains to 42,126 shares, which represent 4.9661% of the total issued ordinary shares of the company, as noted by the Sarajevo Stock Exchange (SASE). The offered price is 21.40 KM per share, with the offer period lasting 28 days from the publication of the offer in daily newspapers.

With the recent capital increase, Delta Real Estate has solidified its position, and the full acquisition will make Delta Real Estate the sole owner of Standard Nekretnine, marking a significant consolidation in Mišković’s real estate portfolio.
