Air Serbia Introduces Self-Service Check-In and Baggage Drop Machines

Passengers to benefit from faster airport procedures and improved convenience

Аir Serbia announced that it will introduce self-service machines at airports, allowing travelers to check in for flights and drop off their luggage without waiting in traditional counters. The initiative is aimed at speeding up airport procedures, reducing queues, and enhancing overall passenger experience.

The airline plans to gradually roll out the new kiosks at major airports, starting with the busiest terminals, with the goal of making travel smoother and more efficient for both domestic and international flights.

Passengers will still have the option to use staffed counters if needed, ensuring flexibility and support for all travelers.

According to Air Serbia, the self-service system will also improve operational efficiency, allowing staff to focus on customer service and resolving issues, while modernising the airline’s digital and airport infrastructure.
