Keserić, who was the first woman to hold this position when initially elected in 2020, began her career over two decades ago in the bank’s Transaction Services Sector.

Under her leadership, the bank has undergone significant transformations, including the major transition to the Euro. Keserić’s tenure has been notable for systemic changes and technological advancements, keeping the bank at the forefront of the industry.

In her latest statement, Keserić expressed gratitude for the trust placed in her as Raiffeisen Bank marks 30 years of operation. Her focus for the new term will remain on customer satisfaction and employee welfare, central to the bank’s operations in Croatia.
