Designed to meet the modern needs of the institution’s students, diplomats, and local community, the new campus revolves around a central “agora,” a multifunctional space inspired by ancient Greco-Roman theaters.
The agora, topped by a concrete dome reminiscent of Albania’s bunkers, will serve as a venue for lectures, diplomatic events, and artistic performances, fostering interaction and open dialogue.

The campus is structured to guide users from public to private spaces, with communal work areas and grand staircases promoting engagement. This design reflects the College’s mission of unity and cooperation, offering a space that blends tradition with contemporary needs.
By choosing Tirana for its newest campus, the College of Europe signals a fresh commitment to shaping the next generation of European leaders in an environment built for collaboration and exchange.
