Balfin Group and Big Europe join forces in Shkodër

New retail park signals regional expansion in northern Albania

Albania’s Balfin Group is partnering with Israeli-owned Big Europe to develop a new retail park in the northern city of Shkodër.

The project has received preliminary approval from the national competition authority, marking another step in Balfin’s mission to bring modern retail infrastructure to emerging urban centres.

As one of the Western Balkans’ most prominent investment groups, Balfin continues to shape the consumer landscape through strategic alliances that support local development and economic growth.
