Flat Circle Becomes First Slovenian Agency to Open an Office in Los Angeles

The move makes Flat Circle the first Slovenian marketing agency with an official presence in the United States

Slovenian performance marketing agency Flat Circle has opened its first office in Los Angeles, marking a significant milestone in the company’s international expansion. The agency says it has become the first Slovenian marketing agency with an official presence in the United States.

Founded in 2019 by Rok Hladnik, Flat Circle specialises in performance advertising, creative strategy and email marketing for fast-growing e-commerce brands. Rather than focusing solely on advertising spend and return on ad spend (ROAS), the agency says it has built its business around one core principle: optimising for profitability.

According to the company, Flat Circle generated more than $400 million in revenue for its clients during 2025 and has grown to a team of more than 25 strategists and creatives working across Europe and North America.

Its services include advertising on Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin, Snapchat and Reddit, alongside creative production and email marketing.

The agency says opening an office in Los Angeles formalises what has already become a significant part of its business, as the US has long been a key market for its clients. The new location is intended to strengthen collaboration with American brands by enabling closer day-to-day cooperation with founders and in-house teams.

“Our clients have encouraged us for a long time to establish a physical presence in US, and the nature of the work we do for American brands simply requires it. Los Angeles was the logical choice. That’s where the brands we want to work with are, and where many of our existing partners are based,” said Rok Hladnik, founder and CEO of Flat Circle.
