North Macedonia Records Historic Foreign Investment Growth

Record €838.2 Million in FDI Positions North Macedonia for Historic €1 Billion Milestone

Foreign direct investments (FDI) in North Macedonia reached a record €838.2 million in the first nine months of this year, marking an increase of €348.4 million compared to the same period last year and setting the highest figure in two decades.

According to data from the National Bank, the third quarter alone saw an inflow of €281.6 million.

If this pace continues, North Macedonia is on track to surpass €1 billion in FDI by the end of the year, reinforcing its appeal to international investors.
