In a strategic move to bolster competitiveness and brand strength, Montenomaks and Nelt MNE, two companies under the Nelt Group operating in Montenegro, have officially merged into a single legal entity under the name Nelt MNE as of 1 January 2025.
The integration aims to deliver improved results and solidify Nelt Group’s brand presence across all markets where it operates. “Through collective effort, dedication, and teamwork, we have achieved this significant milestone. My deepest thanks to all colleagues for their hard work in uniting us as a single team to kick off 2025,” said Ljilja Pižurica, Executive Director of Nelt MNE.
