Montenegro Steps onto the Global Stage at EXPO 2025

A proud debut in Japan as Montenegro showcases its spirit, strength, and ambition on the world stage

Montenegro has officially marked its presence at EXPO 2025 in Osaka, an event regarded as a key opportunity for countries to promote their global identities.

The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economic Development, Nik Đeljošaj, said that Montenegro was taking part in the international exhibition with pride.

He explained that the event was a valuable chance to present the country’s economic growth, cultural heritage, and natural beauty to a global audience.

Đeljošaj also stressed that Montenegro’s participation was particularly important as it opened doors to new investments, enhanced trade, and stronger diplomatic ties.

He stated that the Ministry of Economic Development had worked with dedication to organise every aspect of the country’s participation, with the goal of presenting Montenegro in the best possible light.

According to Đeljošaj, the event marked a step forward toward greater global integration and a stronger position on the international economic and cultural scene.

He also congratulated the ministry’s team, saying that their efforts had proven what could be achieved through hard work and commitment.
