KONČAR and Croatian Paralympic Committee Strengthen Partnership

KONČAR's renewed sponsorship of the Croatian Paralympic Committee marks a continued commitment to empowering athletes with disabilities and fostering a more inclusive society

In a momentous step towards inclusivity and support for athletes with disabilities, KONČAR, a leading Croatian company, has officially renewed its sponsorship of the Croatian Paralympic Committee.

The partnership, formalised at a press conference at KONČAR’s headquarters, reaffirms both parties’ dedication to promoting diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities.

Mr. Gordan Kolak, KONČAR’s CEO, and Ratko Kovačić, president of the Croatian Paralympic Committee, were joined by Paralympic athletes Anamarija Arambašić and Erik Fabijan Kaurin to mark the occasion.

This collaboration builds on previous successful initiatives, notably the “Rendezvous with Paralympians” project, which aims to raise awareness of the challenges faced by the disabled community and encourage societal change.

Kolak explained that for KONČAR, the partnership went beyond sponsorship, emphasizing that it was about making a real difference in the world of parasport.

He added that, together with the Croatian Paralympic Committee, they aimed to create a culture of understanding, empathy, and fairness.
