Italy Headlines 26th Mostar Fair

Italy's pivotal role as the partner country promises an exceptional showcase of innovation and industry at Bosnia and Herzegovina's largest trade event

The 26th International Economic Fair in Mostar, taking place from April 8-12, 2025, will feature Italy as its partner country—a collaboration that highlights the strong economic ties between Italy and Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as the wider Western Balkans.

The fair, which draws around 800 exhibitors and over 70,000 visitors annually, serves as a vital platform for international trade.

Italian Ambassador Sarah Castellani underscored the significance of Italy’s participation, noting Italy’s status as Bosnia’s largest vegetable exporter and second overall trade partner.

The Italian pavilion will span 150 square meters, offering everything from iconic “Made in Italy” products like Ferrari cars and Piaggio motorcycles to cutting-edge innovations in design, fashion, and telecommunications.

Alongside the exhibits, visitors will enjoy a rich cultural programme, including a musical performance by the acclaimed Tuscan swing group, Musica da Ripostiglio, and an art exhibition featuring works by renowned Italian artists, including Amedeo Modigliani.

This year’s fair promises to strengthen business ties, with numerous forums and B2B meetings scheduled, reaffirming Mostar’s standing as a leading economic hub in the region.
