Adria Dental Group Gains New Investor to Support Regional Expansion

Adria Dental Group (ADG), one of the leading dental healthcare networks in Southeast Europe, has entered a new phase of growth after a Slovenian investment fund acquired a substantial stake in the company.

Over the years, Adria Dental Group has grown into a network of 12 modern clinics operating across 16 locations in CroatiaSlovenia and Italy. The group employs more than 700 professionals and generates annual revenues exceeding €60 million, making it one of the largest dental service providers in the Adriatic region.

Company representatives emphasized that this growth was made possible through the trust of patients, employees, business partners and the founders of clinics that joined the group. They also highlighted the role played by private equity fund Provectus Capital Partners, whose support and long-term vision helped drive the company’s development from its early stages.

ADG announced that Advance Capital Partners has now joined its ownership structure as a new investment partner, bringing extensive regional experience and recognizing the value created by the group over the years. With the backing of both Provectus Capital Partners and Advance Capital Partners, the company plans to continue investing in growth, acquisitions, innovation and the further improvement of dental care services across the region.

The company described the development as a significant milestone and a confirmation that long-term vision, quality and teamwork can be transformed into sustainable regional success. Supported by more than 700 employees and its investment partners, Adria Dental Group said it is entering a new chapter with the ambition of continuing to shape the future of dental medicine in Southeast Europe.
