Ananas Expands to Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina

Ananas, part of Delta Holding, has expanded its online sales platform to Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina, marking a significant step in its Balkan region growth

Ananas, the online sales platform owned by Miroslav Mišković’s Delta Holding, has officially launched its operations in Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

This significant milestone marks the company’s continued expansion within the Balkans.

“We have proven our dedication and strength over the past months. Today, we have taken a very important step by opening two new markets! Ananas now operates in both Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina,” the company announced on its LinkedIn profile.

According to Indikator, the company’s registered capital in Bosnia and Herzegovina is 2,000 convertible marks, with Erol Ferović appointed as the director of the company and its Banja Luka branch. The branch was established on June 7 and is located at Bulevar Stepe Stepanovića 171E.

Ananas had previously entered the North Macedonian market two years ago by acquiring a 100% stake in Vebspot from Payten. This acquisition also included the ownership of the online retail brands Grouper.mk and Paopao.mk.

The expansion into Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina was initially announced by Delta Holding in February this year, signifying the company’s strategic move to broaden its footprint in the region.
