Luštica Bay Arrives in Belgrade With a New Luxury Property Offering

Visitors will have the opportunity to explore new residential collections and exclusive purchasing conditions at one of the Adriatic’s largest developments

Luštica Bay will host its Real Estate Days in Belgrade from May 25 to 27, giving visitors the opportunity to explore the project’s latest residential offering and special purchasing benefits available during the event.

The sales centre is located at West 65, Omladinskih brigada 86b, Building 14, Unit 1. Office working hours will be from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., while Saturday opening hours are from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Over the years, Luštica Bay has become one of the most recognisable lifestyle and investment destinations for buyers and investors from Serbia, combining long-term value with Mediterranean coastal living. The community is already home to more than 700 families from over 50 countries, while the completed development is expected to accommodate more than 6,000 residents.

The masterplan includes more than 3,000 apartments, 300 luxury villas and seven hotels, including The Chedi Luštica Bay and Centrale Luštica Bay by Angsana. The destination also features a marina, four beaches and nearly six kilometres of coastline along Trašte Bay.

One of the project’s most anticipated additions is an 18-hole golf course designed by legendary golfer Gary Player. The course will rank among the limited number of golf developments worldwide offering sea views from every hole.

Buyers are offered flexible financing conditions, including a 20% down payment and an interest-free payment plan of up to four years, alongside the possibility of generating rental income immediately after handover. During the event, visitors will also receive a first look at new residential collections planned for the next phase of development.

Luštica Bay is currently being developed across four neighbourhoods — Marina Village, Centrale, Horizon and The Peaks — together forming a new coastal town in Montenegro. The overall value of the project is estimated at €1.5 billion, with more than €700 million invested to date.
