Tivat is entering the summer of 2026 with a calendar designed to stretch far beyond the classic seaside season. Presented in Belgrade under the slogan “Feel the Rhythm of Tivat This Summer”, the new programme positions the Montenegrin coastal town as a regional hub for music, fashion, gastronomy, culture and contemporary Mediterranean lifestyle.
At a joint presentation organised by the Tourist Organisation of Tivat, Porto Montenegro and Luštica Bay, representatives Nina Lakičević from the Tourist Organisation of Tivat, Kristina Škanata from Luštica Bay and Danilo Kalezić from Porto Montenegro unveiled a season aimed at blending large-scale entertainment with the atmosphere of a modern Adriatic destination increasingly associated with premium tourism and year-round experiences.
Porto Montenegro Brings Jazz, Fashion and Marina Energy
One of the season’s headline events will be the anniversary edition of the Made in New York Jazz Festival, scheduled for 26 June, with free entry marking 20 years of Montenegro’s independence. Later in the summer, Porto Montenegro’s waterfront will once again transform into an open-air runway during the International Fashion Festival on 24 and 25 July, gathering regional designers, media and fashion industry figures.

Throughout the season, venues such as AURA Beach & Restaurant and D’LIRIO will host daily and evening programmes, DJ performances and lifestyle events that continue shaping Porto Montenegro’s image as one of the Adriatic’s most dynamic marina destinations.
Luštica Bay Extends the Summer Mood
Luštica Bay is building its summer around music, sea and curated lifestyle experiences. The programme opens on 31 May with David Morales performing at Pura Vida Beach, while the Full Moon Festival will feature artists including Manda Moor, Ninetoes and Inner City.
The destination will also host performances by Morcheeba, Josipa Lisac, Sergej Ćetković, Amira Medunjanin, Neverne Bebe and Aleksandra Radović. Wine tourism and gastronomy remain part of the strategy as well, with THE 3. Super Wine Experience taking place from 26 to 28 June.
A Season Driven by Culture and Community
Beyond the luxury resorts and marina events, Tivat’s wider cultural calendar stretches from May through September, reinforcing the city’s growing identity as a cultural destination on the Adriatic.
The programme includes the Festival of Wind, Game Changer, Žućenica Fest, Tivat Music Festival, Purgatorije, Art Battle and Tivat Literary Summer. The Pine waterfront will host concerts by regional performers, alongside the Street Art Festival, the traditional Bocce Olympics and local summer festivities.
The season will conclude with events including Kolo Without Borders, Krtoli Sailing Week and the Tivat World Music Festival — a closing sequence that reflects the city’s ambition to position itself not only as a summer destination, but as a place where tourism, culture and lifestyle increasingly move in the same rhythm.
