Linglong Expands Operations In Serbia With Additional 70 Hectares In Zrenjanin

The expansion signals continued growth of one of Serbia’s largest industrial investments.

Linglong Tire is expanding its operations in Zrenjanin with plans to acquire an additional 70 hectares of land. The move represents a further enlargement of one of the biggest foreign industrial investments currently operating in Serbia.

The company’s factory in Zrenjanin has already become one of the largest manufacturing projects in the country, playing a significant role in exports, industrial production and employment in the region.

The planned expansion is expected to support additional production capacity and long-term development of the complex.

Officials have frequently highlighted the investment as evidence of Serbia’s attractiveness to international manufacturers, particularly due to its geographic position, infrastructure development and access to regional markets. At the same time, the project has also attracted attention from environmental groups and activists over labor and ecological concerns raised since construction began.
