Stubičke Toplice, one of Croatia’s top spa and rehabilitation destinations, is set to expand with a new four-star hotel as part of a €17 million investment. The facility, developed by the Special Hospital for Medical Rehabilitation, will feature 36 rooms, two suites, a restaurant, and a wellness and spa zone with an indoor pool.
The new hotel is designed to attract both domestic and international visitors, offering modern accommodation and wellness services that complement the town’s existing thermal pools and medical rehabilitation facilities.
The project, visited recently by Croatia’s Minister of Tourism and Sport Tonči Glavina and Krapina-Zagorje County Prefect Željko Kolar, is expected to enhance service capacity, create around 50 new jobs, and reinforce the town’s position in health tourism. Completion is planned for June 2026.
