The Office for Information Technologies and eGovernment announced the launch of the “eUprava za sve” (“eGovernment for All”) project, saying it would support ten local governments in improving their digital capacities with expert and technical assistance.
Officials stated that municipalities could apply until 18 July, and that the selected ones would receive tailored support from a team of digital transformation experts.
These teams, they explained, would provide assistance both on-site and remotely—by phone, email, and through structured training.
The Office emphasised that the goal was to help local governments implement services such as eZUP, eMailbox, ePayment, and eDelivery.
They added that the project had been developed in cooperation with the Ministry of Public Administration, the National Alliance for Local Economic Development (NALED), and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
Mihailo Jovanović, director of the Office, said that around 2.5 million users were already registered on Serbia’s eGovernment portal, and expressed confidence that this initiative would bring digital governance even closer to every citizen.
