NALED Honours Women Leaders and Top Contributors for 2025

Celebrating female leadership and outstanding contributions to Serbia’s business climate

The National Alliance for Local Economic Development (NALED) gathered to spotlight the driving force of women shaping Serbia’s business and policy landscape. Among those recognised for their support were Dragana Vujko (Philip Morris International), Izabela Balint Markov (Zrepok), Lidija Leković (Leco), Marijana Vasilescu (MediGroup), Marjana Davidović (Nestlé Serbia), Snežana Sofijanić (Visa), Tamara Penjić (Carnex), Tanja Vukotić Marinković (APR) and Tisa Čaušević (Coca-Cola HBC).

The evening culminated with the Najčlan 2025 Awards, honouring members who made the strongest contributions to NALED’s work. Local Leader went to Požarevac Mayor Saša Pavlović for advancing investment conditions; Business Leader to Goran Kovačević of Gomex for his fight against the grey economy; and Sustainability Leader to Marjana Davidović of Nestlé, recognised for championing regenerative agriculture and ESG standards.

“Seventy percent of our executive team are women who are here because they can and they know how, not because they must. We won’t wait for the future — we’ll keep creating it,” said NALED Executive Director Violeta Jovanović.
