Pavao Vujnovac Joins Atlantic Council’s International Advisory Board

Pavao Vujnovac, founder of Energia Naturalis (ENNA) and PPD, as well as the majority owner and Chairman of Fortenova Group’s Board, has been appointed to the Atlantic Council's prestigious International Advisory Board 

The Croatian businessman joins a distinguished group of former global leaders and executives who provide strategic guidance to the Washington-based organisation.

Vujnovac, whose involvement with the Atlantic Council spans several years, has been an active participant in discussions, particularly those focused on the energy sector. His contributions have been central to debates on LNG, as well as showcasing the potential of geothermal energy in the region. 

Vujnovac’s addition to the advisory board underlines the growing influence of leaders from Central and Eastern Europe in global discussions on energy and sustainability

Additionally, Vujnovac has been involved in the development of battery projects in partnership with Croatian technology firm Rimac Automobili, highlighting his innovative approach to energy solutions.

Frederick Kempe, President and CEO of the Atlantic Council, welcomed Vujnovac’s appointment, expressing confidence that his expertise will further strengthen the council’s efforts, especially in the field of energy. 

Alongside Vujnovac, former Croatian President Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović is also a member of the International Advisory Board, further enhancing the region’s representation at the Atlantic Council.
