Von der Leyen Visits Skopje, Discusses North Macedonia’s EU Progress Report

North Macedonia's President Stevo Pendarovski and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen met in Skopje this evening to discuss the forthcoming EU progress report on North Macedonia's candidacy and the Western Balkans growth plan, as announced by Pendarovski's office.

Both parties shared insights on the next stages of negotiations after the screening process’s conclusion and the dynamics of implementing reforms, as reported by Telma.mk.

Pendarovski expressed gratitude for the EU’s support and commitment to integrating Western Balkan nations.
