Next time you travel to Serbia and crave exceptional cuisine, make sure to visit the country’s newest culinary stars. The Michelin Guide 2025 has awarded prestigious Michelin stars to two outstanding Serbian restaurants, highlighting the nation’s growing reputation for fine dining.

Langouste in Belgrade received its star for its stunning riverside location and Chef Marko Đerić’s commitment to seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients from a biodynamic garden.

In Novi Slankamen, Fleur de Sel earned its star under the leadership of Serbian-born, French-trained Chef Nikola Stojaković, who delivers refined transalpine flavors with his team.

The Michelin report praised Serbia’s culinary progress, noting its dedication to showcasing local heritage, products, and traditions with increasing professionalism.
