OTP Bank Slovenia Appoints Nataša Sernc to Lead Brand and Communications Division

The newly established sector reflects OTP’s growing focus on brand management, strategic communication and customer experience.

OTP Bank has appointed Nataša Sernc as Director of its newly established Brand Management and Communications Division in Slovenia, marking a broader strategic push toward integrated brand leadership and stronger alignment between business goals, customer experience and internal culture.

According to the bank, the new division was created in response to the increasing need for holistic brand management, coordinated communications and closer integration between corporate strategy and the experience of both clients and employees.

Sernc brings nearly two decades of experience in the banking sector, having built most of her career in marketing and communications. In recent years, she has focused on market communications and advertising, working with teams on strengthening brand visibility, consistency and support for key business priorities.

Her professional background also includes leading integration and rebranding projects, as well as managing teams across sales channels, customer relationship management and contact centre operations.

Meanwhile, OTP Bank Slovenia also announced that Jure Bračko has been appointed Executive Director for Personal Financing and Insurance as of 1 May. After eight years in marketing, communications and customer experience management, Bračko is moving into a role focused on personal loans, insurance products and digitalisation initiatives within the bank.

Reflecting on his previous role, Bračko said he was proud of the “brand legacy” created through mergers, acquisitions, rebranding projects and the launch of new brands, adding that “great teams do not say goodbye — they evolve.”
