Public Auction Offers Properties Across Northern Croatia, Starting at Just €122

Croatia has launched a public tender for the sale of approximately 190 properties, primarily houses with adjoining land, located mainly in the continental regions of the country.

The properties for sale include houses in areas such as Bjelovar, Križevci, Daruvar, Virovitica, Sisak, Karlovac, and other northern locations.

Some of these properties are being sold at remarkably low prices. For instance, a house and yard in Veliki Grđevac near Grubišno Polje, covering 813 square meters, are available for just €122. The property is located at Šibenik 28a.

In the Križevci area, a 1,500-square-meter estate in the village of Osijek Vojakovački is listed with a starting price of €10,200.

Among the priciest properties in the tender is a semi-detached house in Daruvar, with one half being sold for €26,200. Meanwhile, in Koreničani, a village in the municipality of Đulovac, a house with a yard is on sale for only €180.
