The profit of BAM 8.6 million achieved in 2025 is an important indicator of BH Post’s financial stability, responsible management and continued efforts to improve operational efficiency. We regard this result not simply as a financial milestone, but as a platform for the next phase of the company’s development.
Our priority is to reinvest in the business and strengthen the infrastructure, technology and services that will underpin our long-term competitiveness. We are financing our planned investment programme entirely from our own resources, without resorting to loans. Key investment areas include logistics infrastructure, automation, the modernisation of our vehicle fleet and the development of services aligned with evolving market demands.
Strong financial performance gives us greater capacity to plan and implement investments with a long-term perspective. We are focused on translating these results into measurable operational improvements, higher service quality, more efficient processes and an enhanced customer experience.
How will the new logistics centre and investments in automation transform delivery operations and customer services?
In this context, the planned logistics centre, with a surface area of more than 10,000 square metres, represents a major step forward in strengthening BH Post’s operational infrastructure. Combined with automated sorting capacity of up to 7,000 parcels per hour, the facility will significantly enhance our capacity to process shipments, optimise workflows and respond more effectively to market demand.
Our ambition is to evolve beyond the traditional postal operator model and position BH Post as a trusted logistics partner for domestic businesses and companies throughout the region. We are investing in the infrastructure, technology and services needed to turn that ambition into a sustainable competitive advantage
These investments form part of a broader modernisation programme that also includes the renewal of our vehicle fleet, the further development of our express mail service – BH PostExpress and the expansion of our parcel locker network. Together, these initiatives will support a more integrated and flexible delivery system, creating additional value for individual customers while providing businesses with more dependable logistics solutions.
How can BH Post strengthen its position as a logistics partner for businesses in Bosnia and Herzegovina and across the region?
We see significant growth potential in parcel logistics, e-commerce and partnerships with businesses whose operations depend on efficient, reliable and accessible delivery networks. As trade becomes increasingly interconnected, logistics is no longer simply a supporting function; it is a strategic component of business competitiveness and customer satisfaction.
