Dm Enhances Online Shopping With New Delivery Option

Customers can now choose between multiple courier services for faster, more reliable delivery

Dm drogerie markt has expanded its online shopping services by adding a new courier option in partnership with City Express, alongside its existing D Express service. Customers can now select their preferred delivery operator when placing an order, ensuring faster and more reliable delivery across Serbia and improving the overall online shopping experience.

This move is part of dm’s ongoing effort to modernize services, meet growing customer demands, and make online shopping more convenient.

Beyond delivery, dm continues to invest in digital solutions such as self-service checkouts, eReceipts in the Moj dm app, online payment with gift cards, and fast delivery via partner platforms like Glovo.

Svetlana Jovanović Mitić, Head of Marketing and Communications for dm Serbia and North Macedonia, highlighted that these enhancements aim to make online shopping not only practical but also quick and dependable, reflecting dm’s commitment to accessibility, convenience, and customer trust.
